Craig leads financial and business planning at CDorin Property Ltd, bringing senior program and transformation leadership across government, corporate and consulting environments to residential development and renovation.
His focus is project budgets, cash-flow planning, financial oversight and informed business decisions. He assesses priorities, monitors financial commitments and works with Rick on the financial implications of construction plans, helping keep project ambitions aligned with available resources.
His broader career includes delivering more than €30 million in cost savings during a multi-country business exit and leading a major government stakeholder engagement initiative. He brings that experience in planning, accountability and stakeholder alignment to the business, alongside practical renovation and tiling skills.
