Kati manages day-to-day administration, emails, phone enquiries and quote coordination, keeping clients and suppliers informed. She also coordinates interior finishes, 3D renderings, IT and website content.

Rick brings 40 years of construction experience to construction cost planning, trade coordination and site management. He oversees work sequencing, trade costs, inspections and quality from the first stages through finishing.
