Kati coordinates construction project administration, client and supplier communications, quote collection and comparison, purchasing, deliveries and project documentation. She also guides interior design and finish selections and prepares 3D visualizations.

Construction manager
Rick brings 40 years of construction experience to construction cost planning, trade coordination and site management. He oversees work sequencing, trade costs, inspections and quality from the first stages through finishing.
